High School Student Fees

Technology Usage Fee $35.00
Learning Resource Fee $65.00
Total Fees for School Year $100.00

• Technology Usage Fee = $35.00 per student. If you have multiple students enrolled at the high school, middle school or both, you qualify for the Technology Usage Fee discount. A discount for families with multiple students at the high school and/or middle school will be applied as outlined:
  • Families with 1 student = $35.00 per student
  • Families with 2 students = $52.50, $26.25 per student
  • Families with 3+ students = $65.00, 21.67 per student
• Learning Resource Fee = $65.00 per student. Students who qualify for reduced meals this school year will pay a reduced Learning Resource Fee of $32.50 per student. Students who qualify for free meals this school year will not pay the Learning Resource Fee.
• Learning Resource Fee for Part-time Students = $30.00 per student. Part-Time students are those taking 1-4 classes at the High School.

Middle School Student Fees

• Technology Usage Fee = $35.00 per student. If you have multiple students enrolled at the high school, middle school or both, you qualify for the Technology Usage Fee discount. A discount for families with multiple students at the high school and/or middle school will be applied as outlined:
  • Families with 1 student = $35.00 per student
  • Families with 2 students = $52.50, $26.25 per student
  • Families with 3+ students = $65.00, 21.67 per student
• JROTC Fee = $10.00 per student, if enrolled in this class.

How to Make Online Payments in RevTrak

1. Launch PowerSchool at https://ps.usd453.org/public.

   Select Create an Account or Login if you already have a PowerSchool parent portal set up. If you have not previously logged in to your PowerSchool parent portal, you will need to contact your student's school to obtain your assigned username and password before proceeding.

2. Launch the RevTrak Web Store at https://usd453.revtrak.net.

   Select Create New Account (there will be a popup prompt) and complete all fields. When complete, you will see Student Fee Payments. Select the Click Here box. The PowerSchool login will appear; enter your PowerSchool username and password from Step 1. Click Login. It may take a moment or so to process and link up. From here, you will add fees and items to your cart and proceed through checkout.
